1. Agreement
By downloading or playing Blockle (the "Game"), operated by iSharpeners Technologies ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.
2. Your license to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own, for private, non-commercial entertainment.
3. Fair play
Leaderboards only work if everyone plays the same game. You agree not to:
- use cheats, bots, automation, exploits or modified clients;
- tamper with network traffic, scores, replays, coins or rewards;
- reverse engineer or decompile the Game except where law permits;
- abuse referral, goal or ad-reward systems to farm coins;
- use an offensive display name or impersonate others.
Our server independently verifies every submitted game. We may reject scores, reset balances, remove leaderboard entries or suspend accounts that violate these rules — with or without notice.
4. Coins and virtual items
Coins, powerups and themes are virtual items with no real-world value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed for money. The Game contains no paid purchases; virtual items are earned by playing, through optional rewarded ads, goals and referrals. We may rebalance economy values to keep the Game fair, and may remove balances obtained through fraud or bugs.
5. Ads
The Game is funded by optional rewarded ads served by third parties. Ads are shown only when you actively choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game benefit. Ad availability is not guaranteed; if no ad is available, the associated reward may be temporarily unavailable.
6. Availability and your data
The Game is playable offline; online features (leaderboards, sync, rewards) need a connection to our servers, which we may maintain, update or discontinue at any time. We are not liable for loss of progress caused by device loss when no sign-in was linked. You can request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Game, including its code, design, artwork, name and the block glyph logo, belongs to iSharpeners Technologies. Share cards and screenshots you generate in the Game may be shared freely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSharpeners Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material updates will be noted in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You can stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
